3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, we aim to ship within 48 hours and will let you know if this is not possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Workshop booking are non refundable 48 hours before they are due to start.
